Camel, cut with a sculptor’s hand. This Autrefois coat is built around its waist: an integrated band with attached ties, softly gathered shaping, and pleats releasing into an A-line skirt. Its asymmetrical stand collar and sculptural dome sleeves make the silhouette unmistakable.

Condition
Excellent vintage condition, with only normal signs of age and wear. No holes, stains, or lining damage noted. Hand-finished stitching at the lining and hem is part of the coat’s original construction.

Curator’s Note
It takes the familiar camel coat and rebuilds it around a sculpted waist, softly architectural sleeves, and a collar that refuses to be ordinary.
