Vintage Navy Blue Jeweled Cloche Hat

Incredible, knock out gorgeous, one of a kind vintage, rich navy blue cloche hat. I can not identify the fabric, it looks like calf hair, but its thicker, and has a velvet like sheen, so I'm stumped. Revamped the hat with hand sewn gorgeous jeweled appliqué! It’s a total head turner!
