This vintage The Petite Concept by Devon blouse features an ivory ground patterned with diagonal linear stripes in soft blue and burgundy. The graphic print is balanced by a feminine attached neck tie that can be styled loosely or tied into a bow for that unmistakable 1970s secretary look.

Designed with softly gathered shoulders and full long sleeves, the silhouette has just enough volume without overwhelming the petite proportions. Buttoned cuffs with extended pointed tabs add an especially sharp period detail, while the lightweight fabric gives the blouse an easy drape that works beautifully tucked into high-waisted denim, trousers, or a midi skirt.
